What is the Step Up approach?
Continuous Results by Elayda™ is the first and only skincare system to progressively step up your ingredients - and your results - over time. Our system starts at level 1, then lets you step up your levels of PURE retinol every 60 days to give you continued improvements. The difference with Continuous Results is that you'll not only see results within the first few weeks, you'll continue to see improvements month after month.
How Often do I Step Up?
You can progressively step up your ingredients every 60 days, up to 12 levels over time. During this time your retinol levels will increase from .05% to 1.0%. If you would like to adjust your levels or your shipments, you may do so at any time, you are in control. Just contact one of our skincare specialists and we'll be happy to assist you. What is HyTrate™ Foam?
Hytrate™ Foam is a unique delivery system designed to provide progressively higher levels of effective, professional ingredients in a rich foam. Previously only available in prescription products, this rich and protective foam helps deliver high levels of ingredients, improve hydration, reduce irritation, and helps repair the skin barrier function. Hytrate™ Foam ensures that ingredients remain pure and concentrated. The foam is manufactured without oxygen and stored in an airtight container to prevent degradation.
What is PURE retinol?
Retinol is nothing new. It is, in fact, one of the most recommended over-the-counter anti-aging ingredients. However, retinol can be difficult to use because:
(1) it is difficult to formulate
(2) the purest and most effective variants of retinol are difficult to keep stable
(3) it can be irritating when delivered at clinically effective levels
Continuous Results is formulated to deliver pure retinol in a way that minimizes irritation and steps the consumer up to higher and higher levels of concentrations over time to deliver continuous improvements to the skin.

What’s the return policy?
Elayda Professional Skincare offers a 60-day money-back guarantee (less shipping and handling) on all of our products. We understand you may need to make a return so please call us at 800.311.6100 to arrange for your return with an RMA number within 60 days. Upon receipt of the product(s), please allow us 7 business days to issue credit. We are not responsible for lost shipments and all shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
What are the shipping options?
For orders shipped in the Continental US, we offer 2 shipping options at this time:
- UPS Basic: 5-7 business days for $5.95
- UPS 3 Day: 3 business days for $21.90
Alaska & Hawaii
At this time, we cannot ship our foam formulas (including the TV offer) to Alaska and Hawaii. We do have other great products that we will happily ship to you:
- USPS Priority: 3-5 business days for $5.95
International shipping is not available at this time.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, Continuous Results and Elayda Professional Skincare are safe for sensitive skin. It is a good idea to test a product you have not used before on a small patch of skin a day before you first apply it to your face. It is always best to consult with your doctor if you have specific skin conditions or concerns.

We absolutely do not test our products on animals.

The 3 and 4-piece Continuous Results Systems are available to purchase without joining the Rewards Program. With our Continuous Rewards program you lock in a low monthly price, receive specials and promotions, and receive replenishment shipments every 60 days so you never need to reorder. If you would still like to purchase one of our Systems without joining our Rewards Program, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.
Can I start at a higher level?
We recommend starting at Level 1 if you are not currently using a retinol product. We designed our Continuous Results System to start with levels of PURE retinol and other ingredients that are best for your skin, and step these up over time. However, if you are currently using a retinol product, you may start at a higher level, please contact a skincare consultant to request this higher level initial shipment.
Can I receive shipments more frequently?
